This old fishermen’s house is located in Colonia de Sant Jordi, in a privileged place. Renovated in 2018, it has a spectacular terrace with direct access to the rocks, from where you can enjoy incredible views of the Cabrera Archipelago. It is located in the south of the island, a perfect place to visit some of the best beaches in Mallorca (Es Carbó, Es Trenc, Ses Covetes ..).
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and 1 with a truckle bed. It also has 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen: with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and capsule coffee machine. From the large living-dining room you can access the large terrace.
